The Sentinel Alarm Manager (SAM) is a Web based application that runs on a commercial grade, rack mountable server. This is the heart of the solution. The SAM system is the conduit to access your customer's systems. Since it is web based, it is Operating System agnostic. You can access it from a Windows™ or Apple® PC, a UNIX or Linux computer, or even today's breed of "smart phone". The SAM manages alarms for all monitored systems, provides notification and escalations of alarm events, and provides access to those systems.

SAM can be purchased by an MSP or enterprise or OutPost Sentinel's SAM can be accessed by MSPs and their customers via the Internet and Subscription services. Software as a subscription is also available for some of OutPost's other tools including the CS-10, CS-100 and the ENS4/8.
