Power Sentinel

The OutPost Sentinel Power Sentinel product family allows you to control devices from anywhere and enable you to provide remote power management – at the click of a button. The power Sentinel products were designed to maximize network uptime and to eliminate manual power intervention. This unit complements OutPost sentinels ENS family of SRENA (Secure Remote Emergency Network Administration solutions to provide complete remote management of a lights-out facility or an in-house data center). Compliment your IP and remote serial or console access by integrating OutPost’s Power Sentinel line of power Sentinel Products. OutPost’s Power Sentinel integrates with any device with a bi-directional serial port to allow Remote Power Management and power Measurement features through the input serial device. Each of the power outlets can be individually managed (Power On/Off or Reboot) or power outlets can be logically grouped and controlled by a single command. Individually control power outlets or groups of outlets. Remotely power-on and power off devices. Precisely measure in amps) the current that network devices are drawing.
